Reqognition is an incentive calculation mechanism for daily usage. Calculations are based on a team and tasks. Team contains a number of members which earn points from calculations. Tasks contain fields which determines points earned.Fields are used for evaluation on daily basis. There are two different user types. Team managers can create his own team,add tasks and rewards,evaluate his team and calculate incentive points. Team members can spend these points with rewards if he has enough points.
